Description 5 3/8 x 6 1/2 x 4 1/2”. Earthenware, pearlware. Pitcher with a short, straight neck, bulbous body which tapers towards the base; applied square strap handle. Blue transfer print decoration. Floral border around neck, abstract floral background on body. Each side of body with a circular reserve: on one side a view of the Boston State House, and on the other, New York City Hall.
