Description Woman’s peach silk striped design spencer with 8 holes and eyes and 11 cloth covered buttons down the front (buttons are for show only). Big puffy sleeves tapering down to narrow 2 1/2” cuff. Bow in center of back at waist. Piping along seams and edges and in wavy design starting at shoulders and aiming for center of waist.
