Description This Star of Bethlehem is a radiating star type of quilt. This quilt is made of a fine dress wool. The original colors were possibly red, gold, blue, and green, however, due to fading, the current colors are brown, orange/pink and blue. The quilt contains a blue and orange/pink eight-pointed star with a blue border. The quilt was made with a simple thread which is indicative of an early period of time and/or a home produced quilt.
