Description Pair of plate with buff bodies and gray tin glaze. Both have a verse painted in red (dated 1721) in the well, surrounded by a green circle with blue leaves. [With the removal of yellowed coating, differences in blue and green circles and leaves are noted. Need to describe more fully.] 1 1/8 x 8 7/8".
