Description Cast iron Franklin-type fireplace with paw feet. The top is flat and each front cornerm has a round brass finial. The top rail has three brass fittings and a horizontal, convex molding with leaves. In the center front "I. Haselton/Portsmouth." Fluted half columns with acanthus leaf bases and caps support the top rail of the front frame. There are molded leaves on the cheeks and two ellipses with leaves inside on the back plate of the fireplace (the upper ellipse is in a removable plate).
