Description Commemorative liquor decanter, Frigate Raleigh. Cream-colored porcelain, round with rectangular blue base. Obverse depicts three-masted sailing ship on blue background, identified in black lettering: "FRIGATE / RALEIGH / MAY 21, 1776 / FIRST U.S. WARSHIP LAUNCHED AT PORTSMOUTH N.H." Rope design around edge, with gold highlights. NH state seal on reverse, in color, encircled by band of laurel leaves and gold stars. Raised lettering on bottom: "OMB LIQUOR BOTTLE / NO-41 1975 / ROYAL HALBURTON / CHINA". Porcelain stopper, shield shape, depicting blue anchor with gold chain on each face.
