Description H/”54 3/4, W/15”. Off-white silk crepe. Rounded neckline, no collar. Left closure with 5 silvery metal snaps at shoulder plus 9 more under sleeve down to hip. Short straight sleeves edged with pearls and clear colorless glass beads. Neckline edged with cream silk tulle with open work and embroidered leaves. Pearls and beads on edge of tulle. Oblong and round pearls on yoke. Bottom of yoke and back of collar with 4 & 3, respectedly, round medallions filled with beads, edged with pearls, with paste rhinestone in center, linked together by 3 strands of pearls separated by 3 beads. 3 additional strands with oblong pearls suspended from each of 2 central medallions in front. 2 pearl-filled round medallions at left hip, one over the other, connected by 6 strands of pearls and beads with 5 more strands suspended at bottom. Skirt gathered between 2 medallions. Additional gathered piece of crepe attached on right side, opposite medallions, in loose bow with 1 section flowing slightly past hemline. Slit on left side with rounded corners. Beaded tassel 10 1/4” above hem with 7 pearls & bead strands on right. Bodice lined with front opening with 9 silvery. Hand sewn.
